Michelle Soto is a founding partner and the Treasurer of Rescue Plumbers, Inc., playing a vital role in the company since its earliest conception. From the very beginning, she partnered with her husband, Victor Soto Jr., helping build the business’s operational and administrative foundation.
Michelle’s professional background is in administration. She previously worked for a nonprofit organization, where she was mentored by an exceptional leader who trained her in essential administrative and financial skills. Through this experience, Michelle learned how to manage budgets, allocate funds responsibly, track units of service, and prepare for audits—skills that later became invaluable to the success of Rescue Plumbers.
Although Michelle did not originally plan to work alongside her husband, her path shifted when her family and the growing business needed her support. Her initial career goal was to become a children’s therapist, earning a degree in child psychology and serving as a counselor for children. However, she stepped into the partnership without regret, finding pride and fulfillment in supporting the business and serving clients in a different, yet equally meaningful, way.
At Rescue Plumbers, Michelle oversees administrative operations and scheduling, ensuring the company runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is known for her warm, positive presence and her genuine care for customers. Michelle makes a point to maintain strong relationships with clients, often calling to check in, sending thoughtful messages, and offering words of encouragement and goodwill. Her pleasant demeanor, clear communication, and “yes” attitude have made her a favorite among customers.
