My hot water heater went out two years ago and I had a shoulder replacement although I could put a new one in myself with my shoulder being an issue now again, my garbage disposal went out and I just had back surgery. They were quick to respond and replaced my garbage disposal. I highly recommend these people for doing plumbing work.

I would definitely recommend Rescue Plumbers Inc. Joseph did a great job! He came out yesterday gave me a quote for a new hot water heater, and the install was the next day. They went above and beyond. He even explain how to operate and flush the hot water heater. There is now a shut off of valve to turn the water off right at the hot water heater, earthquake straps and a collection pan underneath. That way the water will not go into my home if there's a problem with the hot water heater it will just drain out into the cement floor of the garage. Totally happy with job that was done and don't feel as though I was taken advantage of.

Joe and Evan did a great job replacing old pipes and installing our new washer. They were very knowledgeable with plumbing works and made great suggestions that we may consider doing in the future. The total charge was very reasonable and one great thing is that unlike other companies that I dealt with in the past, they did not charge me for their travel time and their time assesing the problem. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing plumbing works.

They have installed a hot water heater, three low flow toilets, replaced shower and sink appliances and have repaired a water leak in the wall. Professional, polite and respond when called. Everyone who works at this company is friendly and knowledgeable. They are dressed professionally and give you good advice. They’ve serviced us for years and we will continue to have them service us. Hopefully, the next time we see the young men, Ethan and Evan t will have gray hair. Meaning they won’t have to come for a while! They all work on our son’s house as well and because his is older and home they’re gonna have to do a complete redo of his plumbing.

Backstory of our issue is needed to explain the gratitude I have for this company. We had 2 leaks in our home that were misdiagnosed by professionals, that would have costs us thousands to repair. Michelle was amazing on the phone with great customer service!! I called late Saturday and she said she could have someone there first thing Monday morning. I scheduled the appointment for Friday because I couldn’t be home due to work and actually stayed home Monday and she was able to reschedule and send a service technician over the same day!! Joesph came over and was very helpful and easy to work with. We agreed on what needed to be done and he got it done. He cleaned everything up and told us about the warranty and then headed out!! There was a slight mix up on the appt but this was remedied and Joseph got here early and immediately started working to install our over the range microwave. Was done in 20 minutes max and actually was done 5 minutes after he was suppose to be here. Super polite and nice. Very professional. Will use this company and Joseph again if we need them.

HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 24.7 PLUMBING IN HESPERIA, LEFT MY SHOWER WORSE THEY WHAT IT WAS, THE GUYS WERE USING YOUTUBE FOR HELP, YELLED AT AND ASSAULTED IN OUR HOME BY A COMPANY HIRED TO DO A JOB THAT CLEARLY THEY CAN NOT HANDLE. CALLED RESCUE PLUMBERS, JOE CAME OUT FIXED THE JOB CORRECTLY IN A REASONABLE TIME. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON PLUMBERS BEFORE JUST CALLING ANYONE. SINCERELY, A REAL CUSTOMER, NOT A FAMILY MEMBER.

I emailed them for a quote, Joe came out to my house within the hour. I had a leaking copper pipe, he fixed it in under an hour, also he replaced the water regulator. All in all, fast service, Joe was reliable and honest. The price wasn’t too bad, I had to get these things fixed so I was willing to pay what it took. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

On Saturday September 20, 2018 I called Rescue Plumbers Inc. The Great!!! experience started with the receptionist and continued with the technician Joe. When he arrived at my home on time, he was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate, which I immediately agreed to(weekday price!☺ on a weekend) as we all know plumbing companies are notorious to double😭 there fee's on the weekend.
