Joe Cobb: Master plumber at rescue plumbers
Joe is Rescue Plumbers Master Plumber with over 25 years of hard earned plumbing experience! He has been with Rescue Plumbers for the last 14 years! Victor met Joe in the beginnings of rescue plumbers. At the time Joe was doing a lot of new construction work; there he mastered how to install shower valves, faucets, how to install tubs and showers, water heaters and so much more. Not only did he master every aspect of plumbing inside a home but became the quickest and most efficient on his team!
“I worked quickly because they told me I wouldn’t be paid by the hour but by the unit, so I learned how to get as many units done as quickly as possible. And not just doing it quickly but correctly. After each unit was done they would have to check it, if there were any faults with my work I would have to go back in and fix it, which would put me back hours, so I memorized every step to every piece of plumbing that went into the home. I created a system, and I stuck to it. It became like clock work to me, and I never had issues with my plumbing. There even came a point where my boss and I went toe to toe to see who was faster, and I came out on top!”
Once Victor and Joe came into contact, Victor asked if he would be willing to come and work for him as a Plumbing Technician.
“I knew that doing service plumbing was a whole different animal. The guys in new construction always said “you’re not a real plumber until you do service” i didnt really believe them but i liked the thought of doing something new and even more challenging. I thought of it like going to the next level. I learned quickly that it was in fact a whole different realm! But it was exciting! I got to solve problems I didn’t get to before, it pushed my knowledge to a whole other level, and I got to help people in a way I wasn’t able to before.
Joe has been foundational in Rescue Plumbers, and continues to provide the best plumbing service this High desert has to offer!
